Rotary Club of Osmanabad had established this trust in the year 1998 under B.P.T. Act with Asst. Charity commissioner,Osmanabad. The club has more than 98 members from different vocational areas & trust is managed by 9 trustees.

Eye check up camps for 6000 school students

Under the Rotary International’s Global Grant Program the trust hospital has conducted eye check up camps for 6000 school students around 28 Zilla Parishad schools and have provided more than 300 spects to needy students free of cost. In addition free squint eye surgeries were conducted on few students and around 274 cataract surgeries were done on poor people free of cost.
The funds were donated by Rotarian members, trust and public donors to Farmers

Due to heavy rains in 2025, the farmers community suffered heavy loss of kharif crops and was there fore assisted financially for sowing in Rabi season by the trust. The funds were donated by Rotarian members, trust and public donors. A total of 65 farmers were given support of seed, fertilizers supply and cash for sowing operation. The project involved expenditure of Rs.466500/-
